From beginning to postlude, this service was one of celebration, anticipation and hope. From the Orchestra and Organ prelude to the rousing "Hallelujah Chorus" and the postlude featuring the Organ Sonata No. 2: Allegro maestoso e vivace & Allergo moderato Felix Mendelssohn, the highlight of the Christian year was a service of praise and celebration. The combined choirs under Brent's direction with Garrett on the piano offered their ministry of song, our reader, Eldon Godfrey, retold the story of the resurrection and Amy reflected on the scriptural selection from John 20 and its message to us today.
