THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

January 25, 2022: 

Our opening session for Winter began last night with some 14 of us on ZOOM. We decided at that time to study I Corinthians over the next 10 weeks. Wayne is sending us out a reading plan so we can prepare for our study. Participants might read pp. 414 - 415 of the Complete Bible Handbook by John Bowker for an overview of the Book.

We have completed our study of the first 39 chapters of the book of Isaiah. Our study has been well attended and we have explored so many aspects of our lives through the words of Isaiah, written so long ago. It is hard to believe that we share some of the same societal problems today as did Isaiah in the 700's BC. Thank you, Wayne, for your guidance and to members of our study. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We will resume in mid-January -- see you then.
