Green Sleeve: An Advance Health Care Planning Process, Saturday, March 7. 10:00 am

St. David’s United Church invites you to attend a Green Sleeve presentation offered by Alberta Health Services.  The session will provide materials and the process to help you do your advance health care planning and write your Personal Directive. It will enable you to provide information to your loved ones regarding your health care wishes.   The session includes videos, information and Green Sleeve materials. It is led by an educator consultant from Alberta Health Services, Calgary Zone and is intended for anyone over the age of 18.   

What: It is 60-90 minutes, starting at 10:00 am, on Saturday, March 7.

Where: St. David’s United Church, 3303 Capitol Hill Cres. NW, CalgaryRegistration: February 16 - March 4, 2020  Fees: There is no cost for the program. Please join us for this very practical and interesting session.  Invite a friend to join you.
